1. About Us
Lead Growth Consulting ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing and client acquisition agency operating under Irish law. We provide Meta advertising, lead generation, and done-for-you client acquisition services to businesses.
By purchasing any service or engaging with us, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Services
We offer the following service tiers:
Leads Package — Meta ad management and lead generation. We run and manage your ad campaigns and deliver leads directly to you.
Done-For-You (DFY) Package — Our premium service. Includes full campaign management, lead qualification, automated follow-up, and appointment booking on your behalf.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal issued prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by package and are outlined in your individual agreement. General terms:
Invoices are due on the date specified in your agreement.
Late payments may result in active campaigns being paused until the account is settled.
Ad spend is the Client's responsibility and is separate from our management fees unless otherwise agreed. Recommended daily ad spend ranges from €20 to €50 depending on your package and market.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied where applicable under Irish law.
4. Guarantee (DFY Package Only)
The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the Done-For-You package. The number of leads guaranteed is determined by your agreed daily ad spend and is confirmed in writing in your service agreement prior to commencement. If we fail to deliver the agreed number of leads within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the leads not delivered.
For example: if 20 leads were agreed and 15 were delivered, a refund equivalent to 5/20ths of the applicable fee will be issued.
The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The Client has provided timely access to required assets (ad account, business page, creative approvals, etc.).
The Client has not made unauthorised changes to active campaigns.
Ad spend has been maintained at the agreed daily budget throughout the period.
The guarantee does not apply to leads lost due to Meta platform policy changes, ad account restrictions, or force majeure events outside our control.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the end of the agreed delivery period.
No guarantee of any kind applies to the Leads Package.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information and access credentials in a timely manner.
Ensure your business complies with Meta's advertising policies and applicable Irish/EU consumer law.
Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid campaign delays.
Not make unauthorised changes to active campaigns, automations, or systems set up on your behalf.
Maintain your agreed daily ad spend budget for the duration of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All strategies, systems, workflows, and creative frameworks developed by Lead Growth Consulting remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or share our systems with third parties.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business data, ad performance, pricing, and operational processes. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue or profit resulting from ad performance fluctuations.
Meta platform outages, policy changes, or account suspensions not caused by our actions.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Our total liability in any circumstance is capped at the fees paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in your service agreement. On termination:
All outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
We will hand over any assets belonging to the Client (ad accounts, creatives, data).
No refunds are issued for completed work or the current billing period, except where the guarantee applies.
10. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Ireland. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
